Track Your Order
Every BambuCompress order is dispatched within 1-2 working days and travels with Royal Mail, usually arriving in 6-12 working days. Here is how to follow your package.
1. Find your tracking number
As soon as your order ships, we email you a delivery confirmation with your tracking number. Check your inbox (and your spam or promotions folder) for an email from BambuCompress.
2. Track it with Royal Mail
Enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail Tracking page to see real-time updates. Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to show the first scan after you receive the email.
3. Or view your orders in your account
You can also sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking details.
Need help?
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days
Packages sometimes go a day or two without a new scan while in transit. If there is no update for 5 working days, contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
My package says delivered but I can't find it
Check around your door, postbox, porch and with neighbours, and wait until the end of the day, since Royal Mail sometimes marks packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, message our team.
I didn't get a delivery email
Orders ship within 1-2 working days. If it has been longer, or you can't find the email, contact us with your name and order number and we will send your tracking details.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't dispatched yet, we will do our best to update it.
