How to find your size
With your arm straight and relaxed, measure around the centre of your elbow with a soft tape and compare it to the size chart on this page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size. The sleeve should feel snug, with no pinching inside the elbow when you bend your arm.
How to wear it
- Slide the sleeve over your hand and up the forearm.
- Centre it on the elbow so the joint sits in the middle of the sleeve.
